I create bold, detail-rich imagery for food, product, and pet brands. Most of my work happens in the studio, where lighting, composition, and creative direction come together with precision (and a lot a little bit of coffee).
Before picking up a camera, I was a graphic and web designer, which means I don’t just shoot what looks good, I shoot what works. I think in layouts, plan with output in mind and I move fast, without sacrificing the details.
Outside the studio, I share my time with three German Shepherds (Eevee, Shay, and Shadow), and never say no to photographing an interesting animal or two.
Food and beverage that makes people hungry (or thirsty). Products that need to earn their spot on the shelf. Pet brands, where the models are adorable and never take direction. Whether it's packaged goods, housewares, or baby gear, I build images that make the product look great and do their job.
It starts with the end use. Website, packaging, ad campaign, online listing. I plan the shot for where it's going, so the images show up ready to work. I collaborate directly with brands, and I plug in easily with agencies, stylists, art directors, and retouchers. Fewer surprises. Better pictures.
I'm an Arizona native shooting commercial food, product, and pet photography in a Phoenix-area studio. Local to the Valley? Easy. Somewhere else? I travel.
